What have we been doing?

Though there have been a few challenges the past few months, we keep moving forward, investing and growing at Cloud++. We’ve revamped our branding that much more matches the quality of our product offering!

 

Helping our partners continue to innovate differentiate

Our partners are still, nowso more than ever, in dire need to drive innovation and differentiation to stand out from competitors. We’re helping these innovators achieve their goals with our customized applications.

Frustrations around the lack of integration between teams and departments are ample. Some of the recurring challenges we hear from our conversations with Sales & Service managers are that:

 

  1. There is a lack of a platform that links all departments to get a 360 overview of customer insights
  2. No streamlined communication process which leads to lack of control and ownership
  3. Lack of harmonization and standardization

Just to name a few.

This year we worked with partners as Fleurametz and Akzonobel to help and solve these issues. The results were a fully integrated CRM platform with open source technology for all 8 business units at Akzobel and a platform that gives a full 360 customer overview for Fleurametz.

What’s next?

We’re working on a lot of cool projects with our current partners, and are excited to start some new projects too!

This month are the nominations for the FD Gazellen Awards and the Deloitte Fast 50, which we hope to be featured in for the second year in a row! Last year we achieved a lot, ending #16 with 769% sales growth in the former and 21st place in the latter. Fingers crossed!
