Are you a delivery-driven professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer success? 

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who can lead complex IT projects, build strong customer relationships, and drive delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do:

• Take end-to-end ownership of project and service delivery for a global corporate organization, from onboarding to continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams (including nearshore/offshore), and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers and opportunities, and steer the team toward solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure high-quality, reliable delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote agile best practices across teams.
• Support pre-sales and project scoping together with the dedicated team

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in a consultancy or service delivery environment.
• A strong technical background in software development, cloud (AWS, Azure), or system integration.
• Experience with both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Project Management Technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders – both business, technical and political.
• A customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have:

• Experience in sectors like e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals
